An extension with renovation of the premises of a famous pastry shop, where the relationship between the existing premises and those of new construction, could dialogue and be connected with the remaining outdoor area.

The intervention involved the entire interior and the construction of a new volume with a load-bearing metal structure and glass closure, in relation to the current space that would relate to the large outdoor area, dedicated to summer seating.

The whole place, revised and designed in every part, expresses a neutral space, elegant, and sober, without forcing, with careful research of materials, such as volcanic stone, wood panels and cuts of light to make scenic but sober all environments, served by large windows.
